I really enjoyed this cookbook, which is really more than just a cookbook, it's a fun reminder of my visit to Coronado. It also makes a great gift for people who are thinking of visiting the area. I love it!
i was so disappointed in this cookbook. the ingredient amounts are off and ruin all 3 recipes i made. i was excited to get recipes from some of my most favorite restaurants in coronado but this book just gives you a round about idea on whats in it and you need to make sure your more of an advanced cook so you dont mess things up. this book could have been way better if the restaurants who gave the recipes actually gave the right ones. i dont recommend this book to anyone.
